Colour

Deep amber with copper-gold highlights, a rich, oily bronze hue.

Nose

Very creamy vanilla custard leads the aroma, with smoke that unfolds gradually and never overpowers the other notes. Toasted marshmallows, herbal notes, and rich fruits emerge over time.

Palate

Rich and creamy with an oily mouthfeel, the palate reveals vanilla custard and toasted marshmallow sweetness, layered over earthy, medicinal smoke. The peat remains in balance, washing over the tongue in gentle waves, and leaving a lingering, comforting smoky finish.

Finish

Elegant, gentle smoke lingers with a soft, persistent kiss on the palate, slowly fading to leave a warm memory and a yearning for another sip.

Longrow
(LONG-row) Longrow is the heavily peated single malt made at Springbank Distillery in Campbeltown, first produced in 1973 as an experiment to prove that an Islay-style whisky could be made on the mainland. It takes its name from a lost Campbeltown distillery that once stood beside Springbank, and what began as a one-off run later became a regular part of production, with Longrow established as one of the distillery’s three core styles alongside Springbank and Hazelburn.
