Nose
Peat smoke and maritime brine fuse with Malbec-driven dark fruit—blackberry, black cherry, and plum—amid cocoa, vanilla, and toasted oak. Leather and tobacco lend depth, while a saline mineral lift nods to Campbeltown’s coastal air. Rich, aromatic, and powerfully cask-strength in character.
Palate
On the palate, a bold, full-bodied dram where peat smoke threads a Malbec-fruited core. Blackberry, black cherry, and plum mingle with dark chocolate, espresso, and vanilla. Nutmeg-spice and leather deepen the wine-tannin grip, while a saline maritime edge lingers. The finish is long, warming, and smoky, with cocoa and mineral salt.
