The taste profile bursts with sweet and salty contrasts—think torched pineapple, strawberry jam, salt-baked pear, and cherrywood embers. Hints of almond, cocoa, pink peppercorn, and red currant deepen its character, while a buoyant smoky finish lingers.

Bottled without chill filtration or colouring, it’s a spirited tribute to Scotland’s tiniest terror, the Highland Midge!

Adelphi had built its reputation as an independent bottler before creating its own distillery, with Ardnamurchan designed as a modern West Highland producer shaped by a remote coastal location and a strong focus on sustainability.
