Colour

Rich golden amber with a sunlit, honeyed glow and coppery edges.

Nose

Freshly opened aromas of milk chocolate digestive biscuits mingle with glacé cherries and lime cordial, while a silken dusting of icing sugar softens marzipan and apricot jam. Melted butter laced with acacia honey rests on sourdough, punctuated by salted preserved lemons and a faint whisper of long grass.

Palate

Chewable, oily mouthfeel with a marzipan core and sugared almonds; salted cashews and pistachios emerge. A gentle, creamy sweetness supports orange polenta cake, baked cooking apples, and a fizzy lemonade lift. Peshwari naan adds a soft, comforting warmth.

Finish

Oily, luscious and well-balanced, the finish lingers with a medium length, revealing soft orchard fruit, subtle nuttiness, and a final kiss of espresso.
