Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with honeyed, sunlit copper highlights.
Nose
Lime leaf and lemon balm lead into creamy shortbread, hay and sun-warmed tropical fruit—pineapple upside-down cake with desiccated coconut and crème de pêche. A thread of stem ginger syrup, pencil shavings and tobacco adds warmth and subtle spice.
Palate
Nutmeg and dried ginger open to orange blossom water, then smoky Manuka honey and lemon meringue with salted cashews. Tajin hints, Creamola foam, and a touch of Tizer add playful tartness. Hickory wood and farm-smoke lend earthy depth, leaving a warm, layered palate with lingering spice.
Finish
Spicy, bright, and punchy, the finish lingers with a warm citrus-tinged bite that gradually softens into a luscious, decadent sweetness. Smoky honey and toasted wood threads weave through, leaving a long, refined glow.
