The 2019 edition of the Longrow 18 year old, heavily peated single malt from Springbank distillery. Matured in a combination of Sherry and Bourbon casks (75% Sherry & 25% Bourbon) this years release is an out turn of 4800 bottles.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Dense coppery amber, with mahogany depths and warm red-gold glints.
Nose
Oily, medicinal tablet and smoked jerky lift the nose, then layers of heather, Parma ham, and smoked applewood cheddar emerge, inviting a savory, peat-kissed complexity.
Palate
Drying with lemon zest, coffee beans, clotted cream, licorice, and cigar box.
Finish
A lingering finish of black cherries and cracked pepper, with worn leather, salted roasted nuts, and a subtle echo of damp campfire.
