Nose

Opulent peat smoke dominates, edged with sea-salt brine and iodine. A lush sherry kiss layers dark raisin, fig, cocoa, and burnt sugar, while caramel, leather, and toasted almond mingle with spice through velvety oak, finishing in a long maritime smoke.

Palate

Ultra-peaty and decadently rich, the palate carries a glossy, medicinal smoke with maritime brine and a thick, oily mouthfeel. Sherried sweetness unfolds into dark fruit, cocoa and resinous oak; raisin and fig mingle with pepper and espresso. Long, warming finish of ash, salt and subtle sweetness.

Finish

Long, coastal peat smoke lingers, with iodine and sea salt guiding notes of dark chocolate and dried fruit. A sherry-soft sweetness deepens the finish as warmth spreads, leaving a mineral, ember-lit echo of refined smoke.
