GlenAllachie The Sinteis Series Part III is an 11 year old single malt showcasing a bold synthesis of cask styles. This 2014 vintage marries spirit matured in Oloroso sherry casks with whisky from French virgin oak, creating a richly layered and characterful expression.
Bottled at natural cask strength of 57.4% ABV, non-chill filtered and of natural colour, it delivers indulgent flavours of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, honeyed orange, baked apple and muscovado sugar, balanced by nutmeg, cinnamon and gentle oak spice.

Colour
Deep burnished amber with copper-gold highlights and mahogany undertones, a warm, glossy hue that hints at sherried richness.
Nose
Opulent, warm nose that opens with dark chocolate and roasted coffee, wrapped in Oloroso sherry sweetness. Honeyed orange and baked apple drift through muscovado sugar, while nutmeg and cinnamon thread through gentle oak spice from French virgin oak, delivering a refined, aromatic invitation to the palate.
Palate
Opulent and full-bodied, the palate coats with velvety richness. Dark chocolate and roasted coffee anchor a honeyed orange and baked apple core, brightened by muscovado sugar. Nutmeg and cinnamon drift through the mid-palate, with gentle oak spice threading a long, warm finish that lingers in depth and balance.
Finish
Long, opulent finish with dark chocolate and roasted coffee giving way to honeyed orange and baked apple, all carried on muscovado sweetness. Nutmeg, cinnamon and gentle oak spice linger, supported by a sherry–oak wave that fades to a warm, velvety tail.
