Silky, full-bodied palate with a warm oak foundation. Ripe dark berries and raisins unfold alongside honeyed heather, while cocoa and spice weave through the fruit. A restrained sherry sweetness lingers, finishing long, lush and confident with balanced oak and a touch of tannin.
Finish
An opulent, lingering finish coats the palate in aged oak and sherry sweetness. Dark berries and raisins persist, braided with heather honey and a kiss of toasted spice. The Octave finish delivers a long, velvet finale—fruity, warm, and deeply refined.
