Overflowing with raisins, butterscotch and sweet spices, this sherry-driven nose unfurls in silky waves of caramel and dried fruit. Subtle hints of clove and toasted spice mingle as complexity deepens, reflecting the PX and Oloroso Puncheon influence.
Palate
On the palate, a rainbow of sweet spices, raisins and butterscotch unfolds into banana, orange peel and dark chocolate, weaving a luxurious, creamy texture with a long, decadent finish.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish where raisins and butterscotch linger, evolving into orange zest and banana with a gentle spicy glow. The PX and Oloroso sherry influence remains, pairing dark chocolate with velvety oak for a refined, lasting echo of sweetness and warmth.
