Distilled in 2013 and bottled in March 2025 at 61.2% ABV, this GlenAllachie single cask was matured in a red wine hogshead and released as a limited 324-bottle expression.

Red wine cask influence adds rich berry notes and spice to the distillery’s Speyside malt character, creating a concentrated profile with layered fruit sweetness, warm baking spice and subtle oak depth.

(glen-AL-a-key) Built in 1967 near Aberlour, it spent much of its life producing whisky for blends rather than building a big name as a single malt in its own right. That changed in 2017, when Billy Walker, Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson bought the distillery and began reshaping it around a more flavour-led, hands-on vision.
