The GlenAllachie Cask Strength Batch 7 is a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, along with a small quantity of Virgin Oak and Rioja casks. The result is a perfectly balanced yet complex Single Malt which overflows with ripe plums, dark chocolate and sticky raisins, all underpinned by classic GlenAllachie honeyed tones.

(glen-AL-a-key) Built in 1967 near Aberlour, it spent much of its life producing whisky for blends rather than building a big name as a single malt in its own right. That changed in 2017, when Billy Walker, Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson bought the distillery and began reshaping it around a more flavour-led, hands-on vision.
