Colour
Deep coppery-amber with mahogany hues and a honeyed glow.
Nose
Waves of heather honey rise above dried fruit, cinnamon and nutmeg, then unveil orange peel, mocha and treacle.
Palate
Dark chocolate coats ripe figs and heather honey, with toasted raisins and plums. Cinnamon spice threads through the sweetness, while orange zest hints lift the finish, leaving a warm, honeyed, lingering depth.
Finish
Long, opulent finish of dark chocolate, ripe plums and dried fig, eased by honeyed sweetness. Orange zest and cinnamon linger, with a velvety sherry warmth that slowly fades into oak and a final kiss of treacle.
