This 30 year old expression from Girvan has been created from 7 different casks that were vatted and married in 2 Bourbon barrels.
Sweet aromas of maple syrup and honeycomb are balanced by a soft cedar spice. On the palate there are notes of orange peel, more honey and toasted cereals. The finish is long and full of dried fruit, vanilla and oak.
