Nose

Intense Caol Ila peat, tempered by rich sherry, carries dried fig and raisin with cocoa and toffee. A bright note of orange zest and sea-salt iodine threads through polished oak, finishing with a coastal, smoky lift.

Palate

Full, cask-strength palate with buoyant peat smoke and sea-salt bite. Ex-sherry casts a rich cloak of dried fig, raisin, and dark chocolate, gently tempered by vanilla and almond with hints of orange zest. Silky, resinous mouthfeel leads to a long, warming finish where peat and leather braid with spice and coastal freshness.

Finish

An extended, peaty finish that lingers with sherry sweetness. Dried fruit, orange zest and cocoa melt into coastal smoke, with a warm ember of spice and oak drifting through the last sips.
