Tasting Notes
Colour
Natural amber with a warm copper glow and a touch of mahogany depth.
Nose
Fresh vanilla with toasted marshmallows and meringue nests, hints of melted white chocolate. Almond, white grapefruit pith and white currant with a touch of lime cordial and homemade lemonade.
Palate
A cake-like sweetness unfurls, with Victoria sponge, barley sugar and boiled sweets mingling with fresh cereal and a drizzle of runny honey, finishing in vanilla shortbread and sugared almonds.
Finish
An airy, dessert-driven finish of vanilla ice cream and marzipan dissolves into fizzy citrus—lemon and lime soda—while white grapefruit lingers, lightly dusted with icing sugar.
