The Oloroso cask finish adds rich dried fruit, nutty sweetness and gentle spice to Cambus’ naturally smooth and creamy grain character, bringing depth and mature oak influence to this long-aged expression from a silent distillery.

Colour
Deep amber with coppery glints and rich mahogany edges.
Nose
Rich dried fruits such as fig and raisin unfold with nutty sweetness, lifted by gentle spice. A creamy grain core anchors the aroma, with warm oak and a hint of sherry depth from the Oloroso finish.
Palate
Silky, creamy palate with a smooth grain character. Rich dried fruits—figs, prunes, toasted almond—mingle with nutty toffee and a gentle veil of spice (clove, cinnamon). Subtle oak tannins lend elegance and depth, leading to a long, velvety finish of dried fruit, warmth and refined oak sweetness.
Finish
Long, refined finish of dark dried fruit—raisin, fig and date—woven with nutty sweetness and a whisper of spice. The Oloroso influence coats the palate in velvet oak, leaving a warm, lingering glow that carries through the creamy grain character with graceful maturity.
