Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery edges and a honey-warm glow.
Nose
Opulent vanilla and polished oak form a creamy, toffee-laden base, lifted by coconut and almond undertones. Fresh citrus zest and green apple shimmer over caramelized sugar, with a whisper of baking spice and a waxy grain backbone completing the bouquet.
Palate
Silky, creamy on the palate, vanilla and caramel unfold into custard-like toffee. Honeyed orchard fruit mingles with soft oak, a touch of coconut and almond for texture, and a ribbon of citrus zest. Subtle spice—white pepper and cinnamon—adds lift to the sweetness. Long, warm finish, polished by oak with a graceful grainy echo.
Finish
Long, velvety finish: vanilla bean and toffee linger on the palate, aided by soft oak and a touch of spice. Subtle tropical fruit and a whisper of citrus drift away, leaving a creamy, honeyed echo.
