Nose
Opulent sherry aroma envelops the grain, a luxurious bouquet of dried fig and raisin with orange zest and toffee. Cocoa, toasted almond and a whisper of cedar deepen the richness, while polished oak, vanilla and gentle spice lend warmth. A faint leather nuance hints at age, completing a velvety, decadent nose that speaks of time and sherry-cask sweetness.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied palate where creamy grain meets rich sherry influence. Dried fig and plum mingle with burnt sugar, cocoa and orange marmalade. Toasted hazelnut and warm spices thread through velvety oak, with a subtle mineral lift. A long, luxurious finish of deep sweetness, cocoa and spice lingers gracefully.

Long and luxurious, the finish unfurls with sherry-soaked depth: dried fig and raisin, dark chocolate and honeyed toffee. Spices—cinnamon and clove—linger as a silky grain coats the palate, followed by almond, a touch of oak, and a gentle citrus zest that slowly fades to a warm, enduring glow.
