Chapter 7 have finished this single bourbon hogshead maturation from the now silent Cambus in three octave casks; the octaves had previously held Glen Elgin and Linkwood. This is a well aged, well finished example of Cambus Single Grain Whisky.

Fresh walnuts, sugarcane and coconut rise in the aroma, framed by tobacco notes; prickly pear adds a crisp fruitiness, while a subtle banana whisper completes the tropical impression.
Palate
Zesty lemon curd opens the palate, with herbaceous angelica, crisp fresh oak, and a cinnamon spice carrying a subtle sweetness of candy sugar.
Finish
Vanilla and tobacco underpin a bright lemon curd core, with dried raisin sweetness lingering into a warm, refined afterglow.
