A lovely coastal Jura bottled by Chapter 7. This has spent 21 years in a single ex-Bourbon hogshead. Oily in texture and with a gentle smoky and maritime character, this grassy and fruity Jura bottling really brings out the distillery's character.

Golden honey with warm amber undertones
Nose
Grassy fruitiness with fresh herbs, green tea, and warm brioche and bread.
Palate
Oily in texture, the palate is wonderfully fruity, bursting with oranges, green apples and quinces, with salted caramel lingering.
Finish
A long grassy finish with a lingering note of liquorice in the aftertaste.
