Colour

Deep, burnished amber with copper-gold highlights and a touch of mahogany.

Nose

Very fruity nose with tinned pineapples, melons, lemons, apples and pears, followed by floral notes of potpourri and fresh garden roses. A drop of water entices Parma Violet sweets, adding a delicate violet sweetness to the aroma.

Palate

Mirroring the nose, the palate presents fruit-forward tones of tinned pineapples, melons, lemons, apples and pears, lifted by cinnamon and cloves. An intriguing earthy note adds depth and complexity. With water the fruity notes become more dominant.

Finish

Long and refined, the finish lingers with tropical fruit echoes—tinned pineapple, melon and citrus—woven with cinnamon and cloves. An earthy undertone persists, finished by a delicate floral whisper that slowly fades into the island air.
