Opulent and refined, the aroma opens with vanilla cream, caramel and almond paste, then reveals dried fig, raisin and date. Sherry influence adds cocoa, toffee and a spice kiss of cinnamon and clove, while oak lends warmth. A subtle waxy grain note and a whisper of maritime air linger, hinting at age and depth.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied on the palate, this cask-strength grain whisky opens with buttery vanilla, toffee and honeyed fruits, then reveals dried apricot and orchard plum. Rich oak carries toasted almond and gentle spice—cinnamon and clove—leading to a warm, enduring finish.
Finish
Long, warm finish with refined oak and grain sweetness. Vanilla and caramel unfold into dried fruit and spice, keeping the mouth softly coated as a silky warmth lingers, fading to a subtle nutty sweetness.
