Allowed to mature for 21 years in a single hogshead cask, this Single Malt was distilled at Braeval in 2000. Only 284 bottles were produced, and bottled at cask strength. The cask has imparted notes of toffee and sweet fruit with a dusting of powdered ginger.

A warm, inviting nose of toffee and sweet fruit, with a delicate dusting of powdered ginger.
Palate
Honey, Christmas cake and oil of cloves, with delightful overtones of ginger and cinnamon.
Finish
Long and lingering, the finish drapes honeyed sweetness with ginger, cinnamon and clove, before a warm, toffee-soaked fade and subtle dried-fruit echoes that linger on the palate.
