This is the first official series of bottlings from one of the highest distilleries in Speyside. In years past, when the snow fell. The remote distillery was watched over by a lone keeper at night and was truly at the mercy of the uncompromising Scottish elements.
This 25 Year Old version has been matured in 1st fill American Oak barrels and is richly fruited with marmalade, red fruits and spice.
Sweet notes on the nose with aromas of orange marmalade and ripe melon. Fruity flavours on the palate with apricot intermingled with sweet coconut and complemented by a long, spicy dry finish.

Nose
Sweet on the nose, with orange marmalade and ripe melon leading a chorus of red fruits. Subtle spice and a touch of vanilla from first-fill American oak weave through the aroma, creating a sun-kissed, fruit-forward impression.
Palate
Silky on the palate, apricot and orange marmalade anchor bright red fruits, with ripe melon lending a tropical lift. Sweet coconut notes weave through the fruit, while spice—cinnamon and clove—builds toward a long, dry finish with a touch of oak-derived vanilla.
Finish
Long, dry finish with warming spice; orange marmalade and apricot linger, a hint of coconut softens, then yields to a refined, peppery dryness.
