Silky and creamy, with vanilla and toffee from the bourbon cask, complemented by orchard fruit and honey. Caramelized oak and spice—cinnamon, ginger—emerge, guided by a touch of citrus zest. The finish is long and warm, leaving vanilla, oak, and a whisper of pepper.
