Colour
Deep amber-gold with copper edges and a warm tawny glow, hinting at rich sherry influence.
Nose
Creamy, with homemade vanilla fudge, peanut brittle and a lovely soft milk chocolate note. Dig a little deeper and you’ll find some fresh plums, dried apricots and freshly-baked Portuguese custard tarts.
Palate
Delicate and lightly perfumed at first, it opens to a lush wave of creamy custard, a whisper of menthol, and well-seasoned vanilla-steeped oak, with a touch of pipe tobacco. With a splash of water, fresh fruit notes emerge—ripe pear and summer pudding—lifting the palate into a balanced, dessert-forward finish.
Finish
A lingering veil of creamy custard folds into tropical kiwi, its sweetness balanced by a gentle incense and a hint of Parma violet.
