Profoundly peaty with rich, sweet smoke, hints of smoked apple skins and tar.

Sweet peat and iodine. Liqouroce and fruity sherry notes. Old leather. Full bodied with delicious waves of smoke and spice.

Long lasting. More old leather and sweet, juicy smoke.

(Le-Chig) Ledaig is the heavily peated single malt Scotch whisky made at Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull. The name means “safe haven” and was the original name used when John Sinclair founded the distillery in 1798, making it one of Scotland’s older surviving distilling sites.
