Deep mahogany-tinged amber with coppery edges and a ruby glow.
Nose
Redcurrant jelly, smoked cured meat, honey roasted ham, summer berries on an earthy forest floor, touches of floral notes, a hint of new leather, sour cherry and a whisper of sweet smoke.
Palate
Peppery and savory red berries meet earthy forest floor, with honey-glazed smoked ham adding sweetness and depth. Spiced cranberry and redcurrants mingle with a rosemary lift, all riding a deep, rich mouthfeel that lingers with a warm, peppery finish.
