Colour
Dark amber with mahogany depth and ruby-bronze glints, nearly opaque and glowing with velvety, sun-warmed chestnut.
Nose
Puzzling, inviting and appetising, the nose blends peat with dark sugar, freshly ground espresso, and tar. Richly smoky with a resinous, maritime edge, it draws you in and promises depth.
Palate
Starts sweet with ripe fruit, honey and malt, before a bold wave of peat and smoked barley anchors the palate with enduring smoke.
Finish
Elegant, long finish aged to perfection, elegantly complemented by PX sherry. Dark fruit and cocoa mingle with refined peat smoke, leaving a warm, lingering resonance that deepens with every breath.
