Nose
Puzzling, inviting and appetising. Peat, dark sugar, freshly ground espresso beans and tar.
Palate
Starts sweet, with ripe fruit, honey and a good helping of malt before powerful peat and smoked barley join the party.
Finish
At its most elegant; aged beautifully and complimented by sherry.
