Nose

Opulent, dark-fruited bouquet of prune, fig and raisin, folded with toffee and cacao nib. Velvet leather, roasted almond and espresso mingle with toasted oak. Subtle orange zest and baking spices—cinnamon and clove—lift the sherry sweetness. Rich, candle-lit aromas invite a slow, contemplative swirl.

It is one of the first legal distilleries in Scotland, having been granted one of the first licenses to produce whisky after the introduction of the Excise Act.
