Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold sheen and mahogany depths.
Nose
A luxurious bouquet of blackcurrant coulis, ripe figs and chocolate-covered raisins, woven with treacle tart and dark toffee, guided by warm clove and cinnamon spice.
Palate
Juicy sultanas and bright orange zest open the palate, carrying chocolate hazelnut cream. Ginger snap biscuits and red liquorice provide zing, while candied walnuts and cinnamon bon bons mingle through to a decadent, nutty-sugary finish with warm spice.
Finish
Opulent, long finish of rich chocolate sweetness mingling with warm spice; cinnamon and clove linger, brightened by a hint of orange zest.
