Colour
Deep amber with an opulent copper-gold sheen and mahogany-bronze undertones; the liquid glows with a warm, wine-dark core that hints at its sherry-cask maturation.
Nose
Rich, fruity nose of strawberry jam and raisins, with dark cherries at the core, lifted by cinnamon and nutmeg, and a hint of sweet toasted oak.
Palate
Elegant sweetness with poached plums and charred orange gives way to deeper notes of dark chocolate, braised red apples and sweet liquorice, shaping a richly textured, lingering palate.
Finish
Long, sweet and richly opulent, the finish unfurls with warming spice and lingering sherry-tinged sweetness, leaving echoes of dark cherries, poached plums and braised red apples in a velvety, dessert-like finale.
