Deep amber with warm copper undertones and a honey-gold glow.
Nose
Warm vanilla and toffee rise from the glass, fused with orange zest and honeyed oak. A whisper of spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—trails caramel, while a faint maritime breeze hints at Orkney with a kiss of sea salt. Rich, inviting, and deeply aromatic.
Palate
Velvety and full-bodied, it coats the palate with vanilla, caramel and toasted oak from the bourbon cask, then opens to dark chocolate, dried fruit and a citrus lift. Spices—cinnamon and ginger—spark sweetness while a coastal brine and subtle smoke echo Orkney. The 50% ABV adds warmth, leaving a long, oak-driven finish that drifts into soft spice.
