Heathery soft peat gracefully mingles with banoffee pie sweetness—ripe banana, caramel, and a touch of pastry, with a gentle, lingering smoke.
Palate
Caramelised apples grilled over a smoky BBQ, unfolding a toasty, cinnamon-scented graham cracker sweetness. Rich orchard fruit carries through with velvety sweetness, finishing with lingering cinnamon spice.
Finish
Cinnamon lingers as funky fruit continues, leaving a warm, spice-kissed finish that echoes orchard sweetness.
