North Star Spirits have teamed up with the ever-notorious whisky YouTuber Ralfy to create a remarkable 11-year-old Blended Malt Scotch Whisky - with proceeds supporting Macmillan Cancer Support.
In true Ralfy fashion, this was no ordinary blending session. Over two hours, live in the Whisky Bothy and streamed to his Patreon community, Ralfy real-time blended five different Scotch whisky samples to craft what has become an epic new bottling - now wrapped proudly in North Star Spirits livery.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery glints and a honey-gold core, a warm, sunlit glow that hints at rich sherry influence and well-aged maturation.
Nose
Sweet, spicy phenolics weave through a wood‑rich frame: raisin‑oak, soft vanilla, and syrupy ginger mingle with plum, with a hint of light French mustard. A splash of water sweetens the bouquet and lifts the cask influence.
Palate
Caol Ila peat, ginger, oakwood and soft liquorice, with hints of absinthe; adding water unlocks saltiness, tar and chimney-peat, plus mint, floral notes and savoury green sage.
Finish
Long, coastal finish with Caol Ila peat, tar and sea-salt fading into sage and mint. Spiced ginger and oak linger, while hints of liquorice and faint sherry resin trail behind. Warming and refined, the peat carries through to a nuanced, enduring fade that leaves a memorable, elegant kiss of smoke and sweetness.
