North Star Spirits is a family-run independent whisky bottler established in Glasgow in 2016 by Iain Croucher. The company selects distinctive casks from across Scotland, bringing together single malts, grain whiskies, blended malts and other limited releases chosen for their individual character rather than adherence to a fixed house style.

North Star has built a strong following among whisky enthusiasts through its willingness to explore unusual distilleries, distinctive cask finishes and lesser-seen corners of the Scotch whisky industry. Its bottlings are designed to highlight the personality of each spirit and cask, resulting in releases that are varied, conversation-provoking and often produced in limited quantities.
