Deep amber with a warm copper glow and mahogany undertones.
Nose
Clean and nutty on the nose, with creamy, biscuity aromas—digestive biscuit notes, plus hints of oatcake and walnut.
Palate
Clean and nutty at first, the palate grows creamy digestive-biscuit notes that dry into a sharper, medium-length finish, carrying oatcakes, bitter walnuts and ginger marmalade.
Finish
Medium-length and distinctly drying, the finish carries oatcake and bitter walnut bite, brightened by a ginger marmalade sparkle that lingers with a nutty, polished echo.
