Rich amber-gold with sunlit honey tones and a copper-bronze glow.
Nose
Aromas of sun-kissed vanilla and creamy toffee mingle with toasted oak, while ripe tropical fruit—pineapple, mango and passion fruit—brightens the bouquet. Balblair’s signature sweet spice threads through, with a whisper of coconut and cinnamon, yielding a rich, inviting aroma that promises refined complexity.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, the palate opens with lush vanilla and ripe tropical fruit—pineapple, mango, a kiss of coconut—carried by Balblair’s signature sweet spice. Creamy oak coats the tongue, delivering smooth warmth that lingers with vanilla, ginger and a citrus-tinged finish.
Finish
Silky, expansive finish of vanilla and ripe tropical fruit, underscored by Balblair’s signature sweet spice. The 31 years in ex-bourbon casks contribute warm oak notes and subtle citrus zest, leaving a long, refined tail that slowly fades to a lingering, comforting warmth.
