Palate

On the palate it opens with bright lemon zest and crisp green apple, giving way to creamy vanilla and honeyed barley. Subtle oak spice and a whisper of dried fruit build texture, while a silky mouthfeel carries through to a clean, lingering finish.

Finish

Silky and long, the finish lingers with rich sherry sweetness, coaxing fig and raisin notes alongside orange zest. Cocoa and spice ripple through warm oak, the sweetness tapering to a polished, resinous finish that remains softly on the palate.
