Intense peat smoke mingles with medicinal iodine and sea-salt brine, carried on a wave of ash and tar. Bright citrus zest—lemon or grapefruit—lifts the smoke, while vanilla and subtle oak sweetness linger in the background.
Palate
Peat smoke and maritime iodine sweep the palate, with briny sea spray and ash underpinning medicinal hints. Lemon zest and grapefruit brighten the mid-palate, while vanilla and light oak lend a subtle sweetness that grows toward a dry, lingering finish.
Finish
Long, coastal peat and iodine linger, a smoky warmth easing into peppery ash and a dry, mineral finish.
