Colour

Rich amber with coppery highlights and a sunlit honey glow.

Nose

Fresh peat smoke intertwines with creamy malt and vanilla, releasing bright citrus notes of lemon and orange zest. A whisper of sea salt and toasted oak adds maritime depth, while subtle spice lingers in the background. An elegant, smoky bouquet with balanced sweetness.

Palate

Peat-salted malt with gentle smoke and citrus zest, evolving into creamy vanilla, toffee and soft oak. Subtle spice and black pepper lift the mid-palate, with a touch of maritime minerals that linger into a warm, balanced finish.

Finish

Firm, long finish of peat smoke and embers, slowly softening into vanilla-caramel sweetness. Hints of citrus zest and sea salt emerge before a final wave of toasted oak and cocoa that lingers, warming the palate with refined balance.
