A 10 year old Dutch Single malt whisky from Zuidam (they of Genever fame). Small stills produce a light and fruity distilate with extra contact from the copper resulting in extra complexity.
This particular release has been matured soley in French oak casks, all of which are first fill casks. This has produced a rich, honeyed and sweet whisky that has delicate spice flavours and a long oaky, vanilla fnish.

Fruity, honeyed palate with bright orchard character, layered with rich vanilla. Delicate spices mingle with creamy French oak, delivering a smooth sweetness that leads to a long, oaky finish.
Finish
Long, honeyed and velvety, with vanilla from first-fill French oak lingering beside warm, delicate spice. The finish slowly drifts into rich oak and vanilla, a refined sweetness that lingers softly.
