Colour

Nose

Opulent sherry-cask aroma with ripe dark fruits—raisin, fig and prune—accented by orange peel. Rich caramel, toffee and molasses mingle with toasted almond, cocoa nib and spice. Velvet wood, a touch of leather and tobacco drift through, leaving a lingering, luxurious warmth.

Palate

Silky, full-bodied malt with lush sherry influence. Dried fruit richness—raisins, fig, and dark cherry—coats with toffee, cocoa, and orange zest. Warm spice of cinnamon and clove, vanilla sweetness, and toasted oak balance the malt backbone, finishing long, velvety, and softly woody.

Finish

An opulent, lingering finish bathed in sherry sweetness. Dried figs, raisins and dates weave with dark chocolate and toasted almond, while cinnamon, orange zest and a trace of caramel drift across the palate.
