Palate

Luxuriously thick and warming, it opens with raisin, fig and burnt sugar, settling into toffee and orange zest. Cinnamon and clove spice weave through polished oak, while hints of dark chocolate unfold on the mid-palate. A long, warming finish leaves silky sweetness and a lively return of spice.

Finish

Long and warm, the finish carries sherry-soft fruit and cocoa, with dried cherry and fig lingering over toasted oak. Spicy notes of cinnamon and clove thread through, a peppery edge at the tail, slowly fading into a refined, dusky warmth.
