Nose
Sun-warmed vanilla and toasted oak frame an orchard-fresh core of peach, pear and apricot. The Pineau des Charentes presence glimmers with grape and raisin sweetness, lending cognac-like depth, with hints of almond, honey and a whisper of spice.
Palate
Silky and medium-bodied, with creamy vanilla from American oak. Orchard fruits—pear, apple, quince—unfold with Pineau Des Charentes notes: grape jelly sweetness, apricot, and a whisper of cognac spice. Rich, slightly oily, it carries spice, almond, and honeyed sweetness to a warm, lingering finish with soft tannins.
Finish
Long, velvety finish of honeyed orchard fruit—apricot, pear—interwoven with vanilla and gentle spice. Pineau des Charentes cask adds a cognac-like sweetness and a subtle red-fruit succulence, leaving a warm, polished oak tail that lingers with refined elegance.
