Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep golden amber with a warm honeyed glow and subtle coppery edges.
Nose
Spicy and oaky on the first sniff, cool and relaxed. Over time, orchard fruits and jam sweetness emerge, thick and rich, growing darker and more mysterious. Subtle nutty and chocolate notes appear, a whisper of nougat as the aromas unfold.
Palate
Silky and richly textured, it unveils a warm, rounded spice core—cinnamon interlaced with earthy vanilla and hints of licorice root. Dried fruits lend subtle sweetness while the oak backbone gives polish and structure, finishing long with a refined fruit-and-spice echo.
Finish
Long, rich and dark-fruited, with lingering spice and oak. Subtle green notes creep in toward the end, finished by a bright, peppery mint that punctuates the finale.
