Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and mahogany undertones.

Nose

Nutty and refined on the nose, walnuts and almonds mingle with marmalade and quince jelly, while toasted dark bread lends warmth and a hint of chocolate.

Palate

Ripe tangerines and pears mingle with walnut honey as expresso with milk threads through the mid-palate, finishing with candied cherries and a lingering, nutty sweetness.

Finish

Sweet, café au lait and malt linger, a creamy, warming finish that coats the palate and softly fades into a comforting note.
