Colour
Golden amber with sunlit honey tones and a warm coppery glow.
Nose
Tangy underripe kiwi leads the bouquet, its tart brightness tempered by warm oak spice and a crisp lemon-peel lift. Fresh, citrusy and lightly resinous, the nose hints at depth to come while staying vibrant.
Palate
Subtle mineral notes form the spine, underscored by woody vanilla pod, with crisp apple providing a bright, orchard-fresh lift.
Finish
Spiced orchard fruits linger into a bright orange marmalade finish, with a soft oak warmth and citrus-vanilla echo that leaves a polished, inviting finale.
