Deep copper-gold with warm amber and mahogany undertones.
Nose
A vivid, spicy nose of 100% rye: rye grain cut with white pepper and nutmeg, uplifting bright zest of orange peel. Rich vanilla, caramel and toasted oak weave through, while dried apricot and almond notes add depth, culminating in a polished, warm aroma that hints at the sweetness within.
Palate
Bold yet refined, the palate greets with peppery rye—cracked black pepper, cinnamon, and clove—woven through toasted grain and velvety vanilla caramel. A citrus lift brightens the mid-palate, while oak furnishes creamy structure. Long, warming finish, where rye spice lingers with a kiss of sweetness.
Finish
Long, peppery finish with bold rye spice lingering at the fore, entwined with vanilla and toffee. Cinnamon and clove thread through the warmth as toasted oak and dried fruit echo, winding down to a resinous, oak-kissed glow.
