Tasting Notes

Colour

Rich amber-gold with honeyed warmth and coppery highlights; a sunlit, toasted glow hinting at maturation in French oak.

Nose

Toasted wholemeal bread unfolds with aromatic French oak, mingling with mulled-wine spices, caramel and soft meringue, creme anglais, and a cool kiss of menthol.

Palate

Milk chocolate pairs with syrupy tinned fruit, while toasted, aromatic spices rise; minty toffee, cinnamon, and caramelised banana weave a warm, lingering sweetness.

Finish

An aromatic finale of spiced peaches on French toast, evolving into dark chocolate and praline, with nutty caramel and lingering notes of banana bread on the palate.
